Martes Sport among the best employers of 2024

Martes Sport has been recognized by FORBES magazine as one of the best employers in 2024! This award is given for achievements in the field of HR.

The survey included 2,000 organizations with at least 250 employees in Poland. Of these, only 300 companies made it to the top. The survey consisted of anonymous questionnaires filled out by employees of large companies themselves, resulting in as many as 20,000 responses. The evaluation of employers was based on two basic criteria, which made up the employers‘ assessment in more than 40 individual aspects: image and growth, employee relations and management, development and prospects, workload, sustainability, pay, working conditions and equipment.

The ranking was compiled for the fourth time by the analytical and research firm Statista, in cooperation with Forbes magazine.
