Who we are
Our website: https://martessport.com.pl.
Comments
When a comment is left by a visitor to the site, we collect the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser signature, in order to aid in spam detection.
An anonymised string of characters created based on your email address (also known as hash) can be sent to the Gravatar service to verify whether it is being used. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. When your comment gets approved, your profile image becomes publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user and post photos to the site, please avoid using EXIF location data. Visitors may download and read the whole location metadata embedded in the photos on the site.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on the site, you can opt to keep your name, email address, and website in cookies so that the data can be easily filled in subsequent comments. Cookies expire after a year.
If you go to the login page, we will set a temporary cookie to ensure that your browser allows cookies. This contains no personal data and will be removed once the browser is closed.
When you log in, we also create several cookies to save your login information and selected screen preferences. Login cookies expire after two days, whereas screen options expire after a year. If you use the ‘Remember me’ option, your login will expire after two weeks. Logging out of your account will remove your login cookies.
If you edit or post an article, an extra cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and just refers to the ID of the article you have just altered. It expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this website may have embedded content. Embedded content from other sites operates just as if the user had visited the specified site directly.
Sites may collect information about you, use cookies, install third-party tracking systems, and track your interactions with embedded content, including tracking your interactions with embedded content if you have an account and are signed in.
Who we share data with
If you request a password reset, the mail will include your IP address.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the content and metadata will be retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and accept future comments automatically, without the need for comment moderation.
We also retain personal data filed into the profile of users who have registered on our website (if any). Any user may verify, edit, or remove their personal data at any time (except for their username, which cannot be altered). Site administrators have the ability to access and alter this information.
What are your data privacy rights
If you have a user account or have posted comments on this site, you can request a file containing an exported set of the personal data that we hold, including any information you provided. You may also request that we remove all of your personal data that is in our control. This does not apply to any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where do we send your data
Visitor comments can be checked out with an automatic spam detection service.
